Sparks Group is Hiring a Technician III Near Greensboro, NC
Job Details
A Sparks Group partner is currently looking to add a Technician to their growing team. This direct hire opportunity requires extensive travel (up to 75%) and candidates must be clearable or already have an active secret clearance to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing high-end video teleconferencing, audio and other telecommunications
- Perform site surveys, develop job plans, adhere to safety standards, act as lead to other technicians when applicable, and develop job plans
- Document results, complete daily reports, take inventory, and communicate directly with the assigned Project Manager
- 5 years of experience in AV/IP/Unified Comms
- AS in EE or related degree, certifications, or related experience
- Ability to meet physical demands; climb ladders and scaffolding to install and repair AV components and lift up to 60 pounds
- Able to travel up to 75% throughout the US and US territories
- Must be able to obtain a US Government Secret clearance
